An elegant, lightly sparkling white wine with gentle bubbles and a pale yellow hue. Aromas of green apple, yellow apple, peach, and subtle citrus notes of lime and lemon unfold on the nose. Refreshing on the palate, with invigorating acidity and harmonious lightness, it's an uncomplicated, finely structured delight.
Climate & Terroir:
Continental climate, volcanic-calcareous soils at 900-1100 m altitude. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure the highest quality.
